The accommodation
Important: no elevator in the building - the apartment is accessible by stairs on the 2nd floor.

The apartment includes:
- 1 living room
- 1 dining room with 6 seats
- 1 fully equipped kitchen.
- 3 private bathrooms (see below)
- 2 separate toilets

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with king size bed and adjoining private bathroom (shower and no toilet)
- Bedroom 2 with king size bed and private bathroom (shower and no toilet)
- Bedroom 3 with king size bed and private bathroom (shower and no toilet)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Passenger access
Easy access: Before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you throughout your arrival.

To collect the keys to the apartment:
- You will need to collect the keys from a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor through the stairs (no elevator)
Other remarks
Check-in / Arrival: from 4 pm => From 2 pm, you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our cleaning team from 11 am to 4 pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4 pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can direct you to a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out: until 11 am.

The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You must take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon arrival, please report any problems immediately to our teams so that we can offer you the best solutions. We advise you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams.

- Respect the internal regulations
Non-smoking area: smoking is prohibited in the apartment or in the premises of the building.
No outsiders: Only people whose identification documents have been provided are allowed access to the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and quiet of the community. In addition, you are asked to respect the quiet hours, between 9 pm and 8 am.
No events or professional photoshoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Organizing events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shoots are not allowed on our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply in the event of damage to the apartment.

Please also note that:
Photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site will be requested.
In case of loss of the apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is only carried out before each arrival and after each departure.
