As
the name suggests, aMate' Luxury slow living is an apartment to stay in
to enjoy relaxing, exclusive vacations in the heart of beautiful Matera.
The entrance leads to the living area, an open space furnished with modern open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and the TV. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On this floor is a full shower room.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, a furnished loft with 1 double bedroom and half bath.
The
furniture is new and of high quality and highlights the oldest elements
of the house, such as the stone arches and vaults, brought to light by a
careful renovation.

apartment is located in the center of Matera, a stone`s throw from the
ancient village and the sassi, close to all the main services such as
street parking, restaurants, stores and cultural and artistic
attractions.
Matera is the city of the Sassi, the original
urban core developed from natural caves carved into the rock. In 1993
UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site, the sixth site in Italy in
chronological order.
It was European Capital of Culture for 2019.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom has no shower.
