This beautiful villa can take up to 12 guests and it is 20 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive to Benagil and Marinha, as well as Carvoeiro quaint village or Lagoa, with all its shops and supermarkets.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of them ensuite, 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed and the fourth bedroom equipped with two single beds. It also has 2 sofa beds in two different sitting rooms and an extra baby cot. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms with TV, wifi, air conditioning, cable TV. Outside it has large terraces and balconies surrounded by a garden, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, respective pool and dining equipment and ping-pong table.

The surrounding area is quiet, but it is close to the best beaches and golf courses in the region. The beaches are renowned for their beauty and the golf courses celebrated as some of the best in Europe, making this location one of the best in the Algarve.

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.

If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
