The bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome - please keep out of bedroom. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. All of this awaits at 16a ground floor.
