Secluded, not overlooked, set in a natural environment looking out over fields and trees in a designated Natural Landscape. 3 minutes walking distance to pub that serves food and bus stop. Five minutes by car to Lyme Regis. Your host Joy is an established self catering provider, a true local and font of all things local, on hand if required. Nothing is too much trouble with a warm welcome and show around on arrival.

I was born here and following a career in London returned to my roots. It’s so close to the sea, The World Heritage Jurassic Coast, nature reserves, lots of activities all year round and a very friendly atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
My holiday accommodation The Retreat has its own hot tub which is heated to 38°. The Hot Tub has been inspected by the local council and has been given a five star hygiene rating. The property is totally private, not overlooked looks out onto fields and Gardens. Walking distance of a pub that serves food, bus stop, and a short taxi ride to the local Axminster railway station. With a bit of luck, you will see the family of deer who wander the fields.
