Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and Sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Wonderful place for two!!!

Loved this little apartment! It's the perfect size for two. Small and cozy, with everything you need for a stay in St. Augustine. Pros: off street designated parking, walking distance to everything, clean and a quiet area. Cons: water pressure was a little low, shower is pretty tight but managable. We would definitely stay here again!

During our stay, we encountered a snake at the laundry area and the nice lady who takes care of the rooms helped us, without hesitation, move the snake that was in the door area. She was super nice and kind! We absolutely loved our rental and would book here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing a nice and relaxing Vrbo!

Convenient and Clean

The cottage was just as described and pictured. It was very clean and updated. It is situated close to the downtown, so we walked everywhere. Parking at the cottage was included and off the street. I appreciated the coffee pot with filters and coffee! We also took advantage of the available washer and dryer at no extra charge! The owner responded quickly to my questions and gave suggestions of places to go in the cottage binder. We would stay here again if we came back to St Augustine!

Great location and very clean

We had stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville the night before that had stickly floors and was just yuk... and so when we stepped into this unit and it just smelled clean and looked clean, we were so relieved! It is a very small place... fine for two people and we did have two visitors, but you wouldn't have very many guests visiting here comfortably. The kitchen is too small to really cook a big meal, but I don't remember the last time we did that traveling, so it was fine. They had coffee and plenty of room for our leftovers and wine etc... No dishwasher, but again, we didn't cook so no sweat. There's a washer/dryer available, but not in unit. Best reason to get this place - short walk and you're in the heart of the historic district and St. George's Street and just 15 minute walk to the fort. Easy walk after dinner at night etc... Definitelhy recommend for two.

Lovely place

So close to old town. Perfect place to park your car and walk everywhere. Perfect for a couple's trip we visit St Augustine almost every year and this was the best place we have stayed.

Great stay in St. Augustine

This was the second visit for my wife and I to this property. The condo is perfectly situated for anyone wishing to visit St. Augustine. It is located a few blocks from the historic district of St. Augustine which is only about a five minute walk away. The property is in a delightful, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions of the historic district. The condo is extremely comfortable, has everything that one needs. It is one of our favorite Vrbo destinations and we have every intention of returning!

Great Rental in an Excellent Location

Apartment was well equipped and a good size for two people. We had our own assigned parking space and once we parked, we did not need our car as we could walk to the nearby restaurants, shops and attractions.The rental manager was extremely responsive and helpful.We would stay here again and recommend to others who may travel to St. Augustine!

Very clean but tiny.

We went for the Festival of Lights which I will never do again until after January. It’s just to crowded! However, The place is tiny but exceptionally clean. Kirsten was quick in communication. Location is convenient for walking. You have everything you need, decor is nice and comfortable for such a small space. It’s not convenient for cooking as the kitchen is extremely tight but I did not plan on doing so. It’s quiet and you cannot hear any neighbors or traffic. It would be nice to have a light in the closet as there is not one. Cute, clean and nice stay.

Charming apartment. Our host is the best. Always available and pleasant. The setting was beautiful. It was amazing that we could walk around not only to old town but is close to Route 1 where you could shop for groceries or any of the items you may have forgotten to pack. Not to mention a couple of restaurants that catered to Locals.

Convenient Location

We have stayed at this complex multiple times and although it seems small, it is a perfect, cozy spot to stay in the historic section of St. Augustine and near Flagler University. You can walk almost anywhere from this convenient location.

This was an absolutely adorable little apartment. Just perfect for my husband and I to get away from the kids… In the couple days that we were there we used our car once because everything was so close… The apartment was super clean. It had everything that we needed. Parking was perfect. Owner was onsite and super friendly…
