Marlborough House is perfectly located for guests looking for a stylish, comfortable and spacious stay whilst visiting Norwich and the surrounding areas. . Whether you are visiting the city for an event, conference or an extended visit for work, this property is ideally situated to meet your needs.
Whilst staying with us you will enjoy this fully equipped, newly renovated property. Only a 5 - 10 minute walk of central Norwich.
Traditional Victorian Terrace property, with entrance door to comfy living room with TV, leading into a dining area, which precedes a contemporary kitchen leading to modern bathroom (shower over bath).
Upstairs consists of 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with a good sized en-suite shower room.
Guests can use all living areas of the property.
When booking is confirmed we provide a full package of information which will start with confirmation, then on to check-in/out details, and on to all you need know property specific details, so you can relax in the knowledge you are in safe hands.
Set in the trendy and revamped NR3 area of Norwich, the house whilst located on a quiet street, is within a few minutes walk of the vibrant café, local pub and restaurant scene. There are a number of local parks nearby, of particular note being Waterloo Park and Mousehold Heath. Ideal for dog walking, play areas or a summer stroll around the gardens.
You can walk to the City Centre and everything this has to offer in under 10 minutes, where you will find a number of varying shopping districts, Norwich Cathedral and Castle for those looking for some culture, as well as the lively Norwich market, Theatre Royal and a range of award winning restaurants.
Parking comes at no extra cost with the house and this is via an on street permit, where you can park outside the house or any of the surrounding streets with the same parking zone. Details of this can be found on the Parking Permit itself, as well as in the Guest Information Folder in the house.
Norwich Airport is around a 20 minute drive.
Norwich City Centre can be walked comfortably within 15 minutes
