About the host
Your host

I have been staying at this home since I was a child for holidays and it has been in our family for many generations. We have a well established group of renters who come back every year , bringing their families and extended friends to stay.
Why they chose this property
Our family moved here to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty offered by Ballycastle and the Antrim Coast. We learnt to play golf, to surf and to relax and unwind with the fresh sea air.
What makes this property unique
This is a historic home that has been upgraded by our family over the years, but still retains its charm and many original features. It is a truly unique location on the beach , allowing direct access for morning swims, walks to Ballycastle town along the beach for a coffee or ice cream, or listening to the breakers as you fall asleep. It is a perfect base to explore the Antrim coast (especially for those who want to visit Game Of Thrones locations). Above all it is a base for golf lovers, wanting to visit the Open at Port Rush or play at Ballycastle beautiful and challenging course next door to the house.
