Private Pool Villa Green House

Villa Greenhouse is an exceptional 5 bedroom villa with fabulous outdoor space, and a great location! From the upstairs balcony there are views over the resort. The centre of Yalikavak and the beach are both within 10 minutes' downhill walk. There are several other excellent beaches, places to visit, attractions , all within a short drive. What's not to love? There is Air conditioning/heating and WiFi.

Villa Greenhouse offers a contemporary, stylish base to relax in, ideal for large groups and families to get together. Yalikavak's town centre has retained its traditional Turkish charm. With its simple but stylish laid back atmosphere and friendly welcoming locals, this is its main attraction and the reason why holidaymakers return to the area year after year. A couple of minutes further on takes you to Yalikavak's fashionable new Marina with super yachts, gullets and sail boats visiting from all around the world. The Marina is home to super yachts, smart shops, bars, restaurants and a beach club which hosts open air concerts during high summer.

The private pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample sunbeds and comfortable seating to relax on. A covered terrace provides a shady spot and houses an alfresco dining set to enjoy holiday feasts.

On the ground floor, you'll find 2 bright and airy double bedrooms. Both of which have sliding doors that open to the pool terrace and a seperate kitchen/sitting area which provides convenience for those wanting to make a quick snack for around the pool.

On the entrance level (middle floor) is the main lounge with a flat screen TV. It is open plan with the dining area, where there are large bay window providing plenty of light and views over the resort. From the lounge there are patio doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking the garden to the resort beyond. There is one double bedroom and a seperate bathroom on this level.


The remaining 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor, one of which is ensuite. Patio doors from the main bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with views over the resort.

You'll find a private off-road parking area in front of the villa and ample on Street parking. The front door is down a flight of steps, through an entrance gate
