This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, if you are travelling with a baby, there is a crib and a highchair available for your convenience.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in Cascais, a residential neighbourhood with easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. Not far from the property is Boca do Inferno, a dramatic cliff formation where the sea crashes against the rocks, creating a powerful sound. This spot is a popular destination for those seeking to enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. Additionally, the Cascais Marina, with its vibrant atmosphere, is nearby, offering a selection of restaurants, shops, and recreational activities, making it a great place to relax and explore.

For those interested in culture, the Cascais Cultural Center (Centro Cultural de Cascais) is a short distance away and hosts art exhibitions, performances, and various events throughout the year.
The nearby Galerias O Navegador shopping centre is convenient for both shopping and dining, offering a variety of stores and services. Cascais is also famous for its beautiful beaches. The nearest beach is Praia da Ribeira, a small sandy cove ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Just a short walk along the coast leads to Praia da Rainha, another charming beach framed by cliffs.

Public transportation in the area is excellent, with buses and trains providing easy access to Lisbon and other nearby towns. The Cascais train station is approximately a 5-minute walking from the property.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Cascais, Largo da Estação, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 31-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
