The property is whole house on a terraced street. There are 3 nice sized bedrooms; with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 singles and lastly one bedroom with 1 single bed. There is also a single and double sofa beds if required. There is a large dining and living area that leads onto a sizeable garden. An extensive bathroom with a high pressure shower.

Guests will have access to the entire property. Access is through a front door from the street.

*Cutlery is located in the small grey draw which is inside the wide, long wooden drawer that is in the kitchen opposite the dining table.

Notes/extras:

TRAVEL COT
- We can provide a travel cot if needed, we do not provide the mattress just the travel cot itself. Also, please note that these are first come, first serve, and may not be available, there is a £30 charge for this. Our apologies but we do not provide high chairs.

Extra cleans or linens
- Additional linen and cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee, especially for longer stays.

House Rules:
- Please make sure to manually lock the doors and all the windows before or when leaving the flat.
- Please leave the property clean and tidy and throw away your rubbish/recycling into the bins.
- Please turn off the heating.
- No smoking.
- No parties please.
- No extra guests (please enquire about this as we can try and accommodate)
- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down.
- Minimal noise after 10pm.
- Indoor shoes/slippers preferred.
- Treat the flat as if it were your own.
- Please note that there will be a £50 charge if you lock yourself out/don't leave the keys in the key safe upon leaving and a £100 if the keys are lost - so please be careful with them!
- Any damages or breakages will be charged for, please be careful, these will be dealt with on case-by-case basis.
- Additional linen and cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee, especially for longer stays.

EXTRAS:

EARLY CHECK- IN/ LATE CHECK- OUT
- We can arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, this would cost up to £40 depending how early/late you wanted to check in/out. These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please inquire. Also, if guests check themselves in early or check out late then there is a charge of £50 for this.

PETS
- Please inquire with us as we may be able to accommodate your pet. However, please note, an extra pet cleaning fee of £30 is charged and also guests who leave dog mess will be charged £50. Any damages caused by your pet we will charge you for.

PARKING
- Guests can use permit holders spaces at night from 8pm-9am then guests can use; pay and display on street parking nearby or NCP car parks around Brighton and Hove. Best to check Parkopedia or the Brighton council parking web pages. Guests may also want to book a private car parking space for themselves instead. Lastly, some roads are permit holder only from 10:00am-11:00am and then again from 7pm-8pm. Please check road signs for confirmation of chargeable hours.

GUESTS LEFT ITEM BEHIND
- There is a charge of £30 (plus postage and packaging) for any item left behind by the guest that they want posting or dropping off to them, or if they want to come back and collect.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
