You can stay in two apartments (a 3-room apartment ID 12102 and a one-room apartment ID 12221, not communicating internally with each other), both on the ground floor, each with a separate entrance. This solution can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. The 3-room apartment offers a spacious living area with a fireplace and satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen-dining room includes a stove, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, and a fridge with a freezer. The living room of the 3-room apartment(ID 12102) opens onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, with convenient steps leading to the barbecue and pool. The one-bedroom(ID 12221) has a kitchenette and offers a furnished pergola for pleasant outdoor dining.

Positioned in a sunny and panoramic spot, the apartment offers breathtaking views over vineyards stretching to the Apuan Alps. The swimming pool features a well-equipped solarium area, ideal for relaxation. Guests are warmly welcomed by the owners into their private wine cellar, where they can enjoy tasting exquisite local wines. The property is fully fenced but does not have a private fenced garden.
Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025.
