The villa is situated just a short stroll from the coastal path and is near local hotspots such as the Old Harbour restaurants, the Hermanus Golf Course and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve. The main house boasts 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main en-suite bedroom is spacious with a working station, king-size bed, and stunning bathroom with large shower. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathrooms with a shower. Both these seaside rooms exit onto the seaside garden area with fire pit and have sea views. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and contains a king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, a bath and shower. This room exits onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. Bedroom 4 is also located upstairs and contains a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of large shower. This rooms opens onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views, and has a tv with Dstv. All the rooms have air conditioners.

The main house boasts two modern kitchens. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, large fridge/freezer, SMEG kettle, SMEG toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and cleaning materials. The bottom kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, bar fridge, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

The upstairs lounge and dining areas exemplify vacation entertainment, with two dining tables, one outdoors on the balcony and one inside, enabling guests to pick the seat they want. A smart tv with Dstv can be found here as well. A fire place inside and the braai outside offers a double delight to guests, summer through winter. Add to this the fire pit and another braai at the pool, and an outdoor dining table and couches poolside, one cannot deny the many amenities on display.

The private garden cottage features two bedrooms with king-size beds and both have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The cottage also has its own living area with open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has a built-in fridge, electric hob and oven, and dishwasher.

The large private garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and reading, or sporting activities, and secure parking of up to 5 cars. A solar/inverter power back-up system ensures reliable electricity supply to lights, fridges, alarm, tv and WiFi. A laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer adds to the amenity list. Two guest half bathrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - complete the picture.
