This is a Grade II listed traditional ’back house’ that is tastefully and beautifully decorated. On the ground floor, the cottage has a cosy lounge with electric wall heaters, an open-plan kitchen/diner and a double bedroom and family bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two further bedrooms, a double and a single bed in the 3rd open-plan bedroom. This well-insulated property benefits from brand-new eco-friendly smart heaters in every room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
