Beach Manor 1110 is a beachfront unit on the 11th floor. The kitchen is renovated with updated stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. The laundry area, with the convenience of a “stashed-away” washer and dryer, can be found in the kitchen as well. The dining table will seat 4 people comfortably with plenty of space for everyone plus the long breakfast bar seating 4 additional guests. The living room has a couch and oversized armchairs to kick back in and enjoy a movie night on the flat screen HDTV.


The main master bedroom, which has its own private balcony, features a flat screen HDTV, queen-size bed, and a huge private bathroom with a double sink vanity and, in a private room, a shower/soaking tub combo. The second master bedroom features its own access to the balcony (that is shared from the living room), flat screen HDTV, queen-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and shower/tub combo. On the opposite end of the hallway, there is a guest room/office that has a daybed with a twin trundle, a flat screen HDTV, and a big desk! The hallway/guest bathroom has a walk-in shower for your guests’ convenience.


The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Visit Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or Grand Boulevard just down the street. The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.
