Boasting an unbeatable location, this duplex penthouse on the first line of Puerto Banús is close to restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the promenade, and the beach. The penthouse is the only apartment building in Puerto Banús with both a rear and front entrance, making it easy to access.

Puerto Banús is one of the most fun and one of the best destinations in Spain. Day or night, you can enjoy shopping in its elegant boutiques, having a drink in one of its many bars, eating in its restaurants, and admiring spectacular yachts and luxury cars.

The apartment is ideal for families, romantic getaways, and enjoying the nightlife and daytime, with numerous beach clubs nearby. You'll love my accommodation for its location, the views, and the people. It's ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Close to public transportation, we also offer paid parking.

If you're arriving by rental car, we can offer private parking near the apartment for €25 per night. Please book in advance as spaces are limited and subject to availability.

We can arrange your airport pickup and drop-off. It's the most convenient way to get to the apartment, avoiding walking and climbing stairs with your luggage! Our drivers can access the Puerto Banús port… other taxis such as Ubers, and Bolts cannot! Our driver will take you via the highway for €80 for up to 4 people (€120 for up to 6 people) and drop you off at the Puerto Banús port, right next to the apartment.

If you're traveling with your own transportation, the meeting point is in front of the Red Dog cinema on Avenida Julio Iglesias in Puerto Banús.

Alternatively, you can arrange a private driver with us. For nights when you want to go out and there are no taxis available, this is the most convenient way to go out and night specially during the summer nights !

Please note that there is a €50 charge for late check-in after 9 p.m. from May to September and a €50 charge for late check-in after 8 p.m. from October to April.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a welcome folder to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We have made every effort to make the apartment as welcoming and well-equipped as possible. Cleaning, linen change, and ironing services are available for an additional fee.
