The space
Indulge in the pinnacle of modern comfort at our luxurious 7-bedroom retreat. Experience the convenience of wireless chargers, Amazon Echo speakers, and smart TVs in select bedrooms. Delight in culinary adventures with our Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dual ovens, and expansive cooking range.

With four bathrooms, including two with shower facilities, all your needs are catered to. Linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your convenience. Bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements, with king beds convertible to singles, ensuring a tailored stay.

Entertainment abounds with interactive darts, arcade delights, and an outdoor pool/foosball table. Unwind in the hot tub or enjoy twilight cinema with our outdoor projector. The spacious lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen invite convivial gatherings.

Newly furnished, our retreat features three king (zip-link) rooms, three doubles, two bunk beds, and several sofa beds. Each room boasts high-quality orthopaedic mattresses for restful nights.

The extensive kitchen boasts a large gas hob, dual ovens, ample worktop space, and integrated appliances including a coffee machine and wine cooler. The arcade offers endless gaming fun with three machines and an Xbox, while the outbuilding hosts additional games and a convenient extra bathroom.

Please note the property is in a residential area, and noise is required to be kept at a minimum to respect local neighbours in keeping with local laws.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. The driveway offers ample parking space for 2-3 cars, depending on their size, ensuring convenient parking for all guests. Extra parking is also available if required.
Other things to note
There is a security camera in the front garden and back garden.

Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
