Villa Arete consists of a Main House and two fully independent Guest Houses, all connected by a scenic outdoor pathway.

Main House
The Main House is designed to maximize the spectacular sea views, featuring a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and a guest toilet. Each room is carefully designed to take advantage of the surrounding beauty and provide a luxurious living experience.

Guest Houses 1 & 2
The Guest Houses are independent but conveniently located near the Main House, accessible via the outdoor pathway. Each guest house includes a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and external terraces, providing ample privacy and comfort for guests.
