With its blend of modern comforts, coastal charm and unique artwork, Greystokes is a great base for families or groups seeking relaxation and adventure. Just a short stroll away from sandy beaches, quaint shops and great restaurants, the location is as convenient as it is memorable. It's an excellent base from which to explore Snowdonia, walk the coastal footpath, or simply unwind in this popular seaside resort.
Ground floor
Kitchen Diner
A spacious kitchen dinner with a great pitch-pine island. There's a fridge/freezer, range cooker, large belfast sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and smart TV. In front of the bay window is a large dining table from which to enjoy views over to Criccieth Castle.
Utility Room
With a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master double bedroom, with a four poster bed, more stunning views and its own spacious ensuite with a bath, hand-held shower, loo and basin.

A compact room with a double bed, bed canopy and views out to the castle and sea

A twin room with beautifully hand-crafted beds. .
Family Bathroom
A shared bathroom with a free standing bath, separate shower, loo and basin.
Third Floor/Loft
Bedroom 5
Tucked up in the loft space are two single beds, suitable for children and teenagers. Please note it is reached by a relatively steep and narrow staircase (see pictures)
Outside
At the front of the house there is a private lawned area. To the side is a larger garden shared with Cartref, which is the adjoining one bedroom house that is also available to book with Greystokes. There is parking for 3 cars.
