This charming semi-detached bungalow is situated in the wonderful seaside resort of Cromer, located on the North Norfolk Coast, an easy walk from the vibrant town centre, iconic pier, and excellent sandy beach.
Offering a perfect base for year-round holidays, this location provides an ideal retreat in the heart of it all. The single-level layout ensures a comfortable and easy stay for everyone, whether you’re looking to relax within the enclosed garden, spend time at the beach, explore the nearby shops, or enjoy the many local restaurants and cafés. The interior of the bungalow is bright and welcoming, offering a homely atmosphere that will make you feel at ease throughout your stay. A well-equipped kitchen is provided to dine at home, but worry not, for those that prefer to eat out, there are an array of eateries to delight any budget and taste within walking distance. Located, almost opposite, is the Country Park that welcomes visitors (daily charges will apply to use the leisure facilities) here there is a restaurant with a bar, indoor heated swimming pool and spa to enjoy. From here is access onto Coastal Path, a cliff-top path that leads into the resort of Cromer, and continues hugging the coastline, offering miles of wonderful coastal walks.
Cromer itself is a fantastic destination, famous for its fresh seafood, wide open beach, and traditional pier complete with a theatre. It also offers a lighthouse, Amazonia Zoo, cliff-top golf course, cinema, and town with a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés. The neighbouring resort of Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, a leisure pool, theatre, museums, shops, cafés, and restaurants. Felbrigg and Blickling Stately Halls (NT) and Sheringham Park (NT) are a short drive.
Jump on the train or a 30-minute’ drive brings you to the heart of the city of Norwich, with excellent shopping malls, theatres, castles, fine dining, pubs, and cafés. Visit Blakeney Quay, Cley-next-the-Sea, and Morston Harbour for a boat trip out to sea and see the seals. Great days out also include Holkham Hall, Fakenham races, the famous Norfolk Broads for river trips and daily boat hire, and Great Yarmouth, with its many attractions, including the thrills of the Pleasure Beach funfair. Pier and town 0.8 miles.
