You will be able to check-in 24 hours, with self-check-in. The dining room and lounge offers 2 4K TV’s, Netflix, and super fast WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new built in Cooker and Oven. Brand new Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, and Dishwasher.
The Dining room is equipped with a 4K TV, Sofa, and dining table of you to prepare and enjoy your meals in a relaxed environment.
The home is perfect for business/leisure stays, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The property offers one Master bedroom with a spacious double bed, twin room with 2 singles and a third room with a single bed.
The garden offers a 2 tables, 8 chairs to enjoy one the warm days/evenings.
You will have access to the full house including the garden.
Parking is free with space for 1 car, if you need space for a larger vehicle ( extra large long wheel base work Van) we also provide a free parking permit to park on the street very close to the property
for a 3rd vehicle, parking is 2 hours free Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm
You will access the property with a key box to access the property.
We will be available to answer any of your questions.
The house is a short 15-minute walk from the central train station and has two grocery stores within a 1km radius (And a pub across the road).
The city centre is accessible on foot or by taxi and bus. There are several bus routes available that will take you to the university and further afield to Eastleigh and Winchester.
