About this property
Cozy converted millking barn in the weald of Kent, 50mins from Central London
📸: malthouse.farm
A beautiful old milking barn in the heart of the Kent countryside. Ideal for family or friends to come together for a relaxing break.
There is ample secure parking on the farm yard, and oodles of outdoor space you are welcome to explore.
Nestled between the farm stables and the yard there are fantastic opportunities to interact with the animals (including; horses, goats, geese, ducks, pigs and chickens). There is also a large fishing pond well stocked with carp and trout.
The Milkhouse itself can comfortably accommodate six in its two double bedrooms (as a small double mattress can be set up on the floor of one of the rooms if needed).
We hope that our guests have the chance to explore nature as much as possible while they are with us. However, there is a log burner, 75inch SmartTV, and speaker system if inclement weather or tired feet keep you inside for the day.
There is also room for horsebox parking, and the potential for short term liveries are also available on request.
Due to strict regulatory requirements the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re-filled, re-heated, and re-charged with chemicals for every new group of guests. The water is then tested and chemicals re-balanced on a daily basis. As such
access to the hot tub is an additional charge of £120 for a weekend stay (up to 3 nights), for longer stays there is an additional £10/day for everyday you would like to use the hot-tub
In order to have time to setup the hot-tub the fee needs to be paid a minimum of 3days before check-in .
When booking, if you would like to use the hot-tub, please send us a message with your email address and we can send an invoice with payment information.
