Studio apartment on the first floor of a residence with swimming pool. It is located about 350/400mt from the west beach in a very green and quiet area. It consists of a large, bright room with 2 double sofa beds and a kitchenette, from which there is access to the terrace, a hallway with comfortable wardrobe and windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle. The flat also has a parking space, lift, air conditioning, microwave oven and washing machine.
