The villa sleeps up to 9 guests, with 2 bedrooms featuring US King-size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (UK singles), and 1 bunk bedroom with a twin (UK single) on top and a full-size (UK double) below.

Conveniently located off US 27, near US 192 and I-4, just 25 minutes from Disney, 40 minutes from Universal Studios, and only 10 minutes from ChampionsGate PGA golf course.

Living Area - With soaring ceilings, the main living area offers an open and spacious layout, perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the theme parks, golf course, or shopping centers. The large leather corner sofa with a chaise comfortably seats eight, making it an ideal spot to watch a movie or enjoy a drink while overlooking the pool.

The 65" Smart TV is equipped with an on-demand full Spectrum cable package, offering over 200 channels. We also provide FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary local calls, including free calls within the US and Canada, perfect for ordering takeout.

A generous dining table sits next to windows overlooking the pool. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and the pool area, all within a mesh-screened enclosure.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a family meal, including a large oven, side-by-side fridge/freezer, wine cooler, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. We offer a full range of crockery, glassware, cutlery, and cookware for your convenience, along with a breakfast bar with two stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, featuring a large washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and a spacious storage cupboard for groceries

Outdoor Living – This villa features a spacious, private, south-west facing pool with stunning views of a beautiful nature conservation area, offering you endless sunshine and breathtaking evening sunsets.

The pool, available for heating upon request, is designed with steps and a handrail, along with a shallow sitting area at one end. Oversized pool towels are provided for your convenience.

The expansive pool deck is equipped with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. For those moments when the Florida sun gets a bit too intense, there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan and two parasols to provide some shade.

Additionally, a dining table and chairs, along with a large gas barbecue, are included in your stay, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals while basking in the Floridian sunshine.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom (blue room) has a US King-size bed (76” x 80”), clothes closet with security safe for valuables, en-suite with double vanity basins, large walk-in shower and separate toilet cubicle. There is a door to the pool area from the bathroom which can also be used by guests for direct access from the pool deck to the toilet.

The second Master (lemon room) also has a US King-size bed (76” x 80”), en-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower over the bath.

The third bedroom (seashells) is a bunk bedroom which sleeps 3, with a twin (single UK) over a full (double UK), you will see from the pictures that the configuration is a T shape allowing easy access for 2 into the full (double) bed underneath.

The third bathroom is shared by the twin and bunk bedroom and situated between them, it has toilet, vanity basin and shower over the bath.

The fourth bedroom (turtle room) is a twin bedroom with two twin (single UK) beds.

All 4 bedrooms have 43” flat screen wall-mounted Smart TVs, equipped with Roku and the Spectrum app to enjoy hundreds of channels, with the facility to sign into your own streaming services, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

All 3 bathrooms have hand towels, bath towels (bath sheet size), wash cloths and Remington 1875-watt hairdryers.

Games Room – The garage has been completely transformed into a custom-designed games room, featuring air conditioning for comfort. It includes a foosball table, a dartboard, the Legends Ultimate arcade game with 300 built-in games, and Legends Pinball with 22 arcade tables.

A large wall-mounted Smart TV with Roku and the Spectrum app is available, allowing you to enjoy hundreds of channels while relaxing in our reclining seats.

Location

Highlands Reserve is located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, children park, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

The community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.

If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.

Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
