Situated in Brodick, the largest village on the Isle of Arran, this spacious house offers an ideal base from which to explore the island.
On the ground floor, the house has open plan living/dining with a wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom and family bathroom with shower above, while on the upper floor you will find two kingsize rooms with a shower room.
Only a short stroll from the village, Brodick itself boasts a variety of amenities, including independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and a well-stocked co-op supermarket. The village is home to the famous Brodick Castle, Gardens and Country Park, a must-visit attraction offering a fascinating glimpse into Scottish history, stunning woodland trails, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
