This charming two-storey villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, it features a private garden with barbecue, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a practical kitchenette with a large fridge, a TV, and a private parking space. Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a windowed bathroom with shower box, and a lovely terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
The villa is part of a peaceful residence in Bibione Spiaggia, just 650 metres from the beach and right in front of the thermal baths. The complex offers three swimming pools for adults and children, a playground, and Wi-Fi access, making it an excellent choice for a family holiday.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
