Elegant condominium located about 200m from the beach and within walking distance from the center of Lignano Riviera. Guests can enjoy 2 pools, one for adults and one for children, open from late May to mid-September, limited communal parking, a large garden, and elevators. The apartment is a three-room unit with a living-dining area, double sofa bed, and furnished terrace, separate kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a ceiling fan, 1 bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower/WC, and 1 with shower cubicle/WC. It also includes a TV, washing machine, and free-to-use safe.

- The swimming pool is open seasonally, from late May to mid-September. The exact opening and closing dates may vary between different residences and depend on weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or maintenance services, in accordance with the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
