Duplex house located in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cadiz). It has a shared swimming pool, gardens and children's area and very close to the beach. It has a capacity for a maximum of 4 people.

The house is distributed on two floors, the upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds (bunk bed type) and bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor the living room, with access to a porch with private garden with outdoor furniture, the kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay (washing machine, oven, toaster, blender, ...), and a toilet. The house has air conditioning and WiFi connection.

It has private outdoor parking space.

The urbanization has a communal pool and garden area, as well as playground. Swimming pool available in season (15/06/2025 - 15/09/2025).
