The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. The lounge offers comfortable seating around a wood-burning stove, with a large picture window overlooking a Lochan, ideal for birdwatching. The cottage includes a spacious king-sized master bedroom with overhead velux windows, a twin room, and a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Outside, the private enclosed garden features a hot tub overlooking the Lochan and offers breathtaking views across Glenshee.
