Beautiful country house in idyllic location

Broek in Waterland is one of the most beautiful villages in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam. By bike you can reach Volendam, Marken, Monnickendam or Amsterdam in no time. You can also rent whisper boats nearby and sail through Waterland and the surrounding area. You can use a canoe for free. This cozy farmhouse is located in the middle of nature. Enjoy a spectacular view of the meadows, the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a large garden where you can relax and private parking under a roof. Room with kitchen and bedroom with shower: 60 m2. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine for a pleasant stay. For nature lovers: every morning and evening goose migration to and from the IJsselmeer. In the spring, the view of courting and breeding black-tailed godwits, lapwings, oystercatchers or redshanks. Carps spawn in the ditches and from this nature house you can see grebes, moorhens and coots. Around the house breeding blackbirds, sparrows, starlings, great tits, blue tits. Especially a feast for the eyes is the flight behaviour of the many swallows that breed here in the summer. Migrants come here all year round.
