The villa is located in a newly built tourist residential complex situated in the charming marina of Torre Suda, just 250 meters from the low rocky shore with easy water access. The complex consists of 4 apartments, two ground floor villas and two three-room apartments on the lower level, all well-furnished and with outdoor green space.
In a very central location, it is 200 meters from the seafront and the center with all kinds of services: market, bar, ice cream shop, pizzeria, newsstand, children's playground, bus stop, etc.

The two small houses have: an equipped external veranda with garden table and chairs, a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a double sofa bed (upon request, it will be possible to add a single bed); a double bedroom; a double room with single beds with the possibility of joining them to form a double bed, a bathroom with shower box, a convenient storage room and a reserved parking space.

The marina of Torre Suda is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. About 2 km to the north are the first sandy beaches, including Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina, followed by all the beaches of Baia Verde and Gallipoli; while heading south for about 7 km, you'll find Torre San Giovanni (Marina di Ugento), from where 12 km of beaches begin, reaching Santa Maria di Leuca.
