Spacious apartment in a residence with a swimming pool at 900 meters of altitude! In a quiet location, just a few meters from the cable car to the Piani di Artavaggio and near the free shuttle stop for the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts. The residence is organized to offer several services. The pool, heated, covered, and 25 meters long, is open every weekend throughout the year, all of July and August, and during school holidays (from Christmas to New Year, Easter, and long weekends). It is reserved for condominium guests (with an entry pass and a limit of 3 people per apartment). The outdoor solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and the large game room is equipped with ping-pong tables, foosball, and tables and benches for those who want a space to play with friends.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bright living room with a kitchenette and a terrace overlooking the mountains, and a bathroom with a shower. It is located on the ground floor, accessible with just a few steps. It can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to the optional use of the sofa bed. It is carefully furnished and fully equipped, ready to use: pots and dishes in the kitchen, fresh linens and towels from the laundry, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit of flavors in the kitchen.
The apartment is easily reachable by car or by the D35 bus line from Lecco. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
