Rocha Horizon Sea View Apartment
Duplex apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with sea and beach view, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 30 meters from the beach.
Property consisting of: two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe and the other bedroom has two single beds, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms (one for service and the other with shower), balconies with tables and chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. (beach area).
Note: It has a parking space in the garage and a random place in the building's parking lot).
NOTE: Only 5 people are admitted (including adults, children and infants).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use.
The counts are taken at the entrance and at the exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by guests at NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Electricity and water included in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation: T2:250 Kwhs and 14 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
