Located in the Praia Estoril district, this spacious penthouse is a few minutes' walk from the beach and a number of cosy beach clubs. During the day, enjoy the lovely temperatures on Boa Vista at the beautiful endless beaches and azure sea. In the evening, watch the sun go down on the rooftop terrace and then have a nice dinner in the cosy village of Sal Rei, which is a five-minute walk from the apartment.

Boteto means "your shelter" in Kriol, the language spoken, alongside Portuguese, on Cape Verde. The building contains about 10 flats, some studios and two penthouses on the fourth floor (3-high). The penthouse has two large private terraces equipped with sun beds, one overlooking the village and one facing the sea. Inside, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a mosquito net, a spacious living room with a large sofa/sleeper, a bathroom with toilet, free WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen where drinking water comes from the tap (so plastic drinking water bottles are not needed).
