Stunning fully self contained apartment with great facilities, very private and quiet!
Welcome to Grand Central private self contained Ground Floor Apartment; designed with your enjoyment & comfort in mind. This large & centrally located two bedroom apartment is situated in a period Regency townhouse. Perfect for families, couples, small groups & business guests; comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. Ideally situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to all amenities & within close sight & minutes walk from the seafront & pier. The ideal getaway for those wanting privacy.
Our guests usually prefer to self-check in using the code lock, the code will be sent to you two days prior to your trip date. Apart from this we are of course on hand if you need any assistance or have any questions. During your stay if you need anything please contact our Property Manager Arune.
The house is ideally situated very centrally overlooking Valley Gardens, only a few minutes walk to the sea front and pier. Although super central it is still quiet and private.
Guest access will be provided via a code lock and you will be provided full check in details for the code lock shortly before your trip.
Location is the key for this amazing flat with all amenities you could want just a short walk away. Centrally located just minutes walk away from the pier, sea front and all major sights in Brighton. This lovely historic house overlooks the lovely Victoria Gardens and is minutes away from the Old Steine and sea front with all of its bars, clubs, restaurants and of course the beach.
Despite being so central the apartment is really quiet with the bedrooms to the rear, private and fully self contained so is a great option for those wishing space and privacy.
Also easily accessible is the bohemian and funky Kemp Town and also the North Laines and South Lanes are literally a few minutes walk over the road.
This lovely ground floor flat includes two very comfortable bedrooms and two shower rooms. Also included is a fab kitchen with all the facilities you need plus washing machine and dish washer. It also has high ceilings and period features to add character to your stay.
We can also offer unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...
- Private Chef; stunning seasonal food using fresh ingredients in a wide choice of regional styles from Mediterranean, Asian to Persian with the emphasis on fresh, delicious flavours.

Brighton Coach Park - location in Sussex Place postcode BN2 9QN.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Two single beds can be zipped together to provide a queen size bed on request when you book.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights and we have a two night minimum stay.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
