A fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, recently upgraded, condo located near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The complex is surrounded by world class golf courses, Talking Stick Casino is minutes away. Talking Stick has year around world class entertainment. Gorgeous mountain views, lush green parks, miles of biking and hiking trails. Nearby restaurants abound. The condo is directly across from the Salt River Fields baseball stadium which is the spring training grounds for The Arizona Diamondbacks and The Colorado Rockies. Day trips Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff. The Grand Canyon is a few hours away. Snow ski in Flagstaff or Snow Bowl in the winter and water ski, fish and boat at Saguaro Lake, Lake Pleasant or Bartlett Lake. Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport is 15 miles away. Las Vegas is an hour’s flight away.

This ground floor condo with no stairs has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a fully-furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dish washer.

The condo is fully furnished and fully equipped, including all utilities, 3 flat screen televisions, cookware, dishware, linens, towels, FREE Internet and Cable and WiFi.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a 32' LCD TV. The master bathroom includes a walk-in closet and has a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower. For your enjoyment there is a 32' LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and dishware that you may require during your stay. There is a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on the patio.

Spring break 2025

My family of four stayed here for a week. Two teens loved having their own room and bathroom. It’s not super updated, but met our needs 100%. It’s a great location! Close to baseball, retail, restaurants, walking/biking trail and the 101. Easy check-in and check-out. Owner is very responsive. It’s quiet. Would have liked beach towels for pool, but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again!

Enjoyed our two months

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Very spacious and plenty of storage. Internet service was great – T-Mobile with a tower right next to the property. The patio was great and ran the length of the apartment, facing south so we always had sun, while having enough overhang that we could also get shade as needed. The laundry upstairs was nearly always available when we wanted it. I appreciated that the owner was able to arrange for mail delivery for us, helpful since we were there two months.There were a couple of little things we needed during our stay. The owner was quick to respond and handle our questions and requests.The pool and hot tub shared with the hotel could use some maintenance, like paint and some cement around the edges. The pool was heated (barely) but the size was wonderful, even an 8’ deep end of the pool. The hot tub was hot enough to enjoy, but not so hot that you had to get out faster than you wanted. The hotel purchased some new lounge chairs and small side tables while we were there, which we also appreciated. We would stay here again!

Really nice house with a lot of shops and restaurants around the corner

We really liked the new deco in the house and the quick acces to the swimmingpool. It is nice to have all the shops and restaurants just 4 minuten away. The house has everything you need and beds are really comfortabele. We would recommend staying here.

Pima Condos

The interior of the condo was clean and comfortable. The building that the condo is in was dated. The pool is affiliated with the hotel next door and there were only 7 lounge chairs, but it wasn’t a problem because it was quiet when we visited.

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Having use of ice machine was nice. Pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while, contacted host and the pool access is part of the neighboring hotel, and was very close to this rental.Wasn’t exactly pool weather, but pool was cleaned before we left. Plenty eating choices nearby and walkable.

This condo was fantastic! It has just been remodeled and we loved what the owners have done! The condo has everything that is needed for meals, and space for fun and relaxation. The location is close to many restaurants, theater, walking/biking path, and much more. The owners are incredibly easy to work with and made the VRBO experience a pleasure! We will be back. Spacious living, pool, large patio, nice stay!

We stayed here for six nights with young kids — it was perfect! We had our own king room and bathroom separated by a nice living room and kitchen, while the kids slept in the other room with their own beds and bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed to make some nice meals. The master shower was updated, clean and had the best water pressure! I wish I had this good of pressure at my home. The location was great — very close to a target shopping center with lots of food options, and across the street from Great Wolf Lodge and Salt River where the Diamondbacks and Rockies have spring training. I took my kids swimming in the pool and used the hot tub regularly! The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor and easy to use. I think $1.50 for a load, and there weren’t ever lines. Great value for the space and size, and location!

Nice place, but needs housekeeping and extermination improvement

Pros: Great location by the freeway. Quiet. Nice set-up. Hostess responded right away to texts. Cons: Found fresh blood stain and hair on a pillowcase the first night. Second bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in the shower area. Hostess had housekeeper come out the next day to change out pillowcases, but we asked her to take all of the linen from that bed which she did. Housekeeper was initially apologetic and said she had changed the bed, but later said that she didn't think it was blood. (I am a nurse practitioner and well aquainted with what fresh blood stains look like.) She did put clean linen on the bed for us. We also reported to the hostess the first morning that literally all of the dishes and glasses and silverware that we pulled out of the cupboard had bits of dried food on them that appeared to be a dishwasher issue. The hostess said it was a brand new dishwasher but that she would have maintenance look at it. So we proceeded to have to wash everything prior to using it. The housekeeper that came to change the linens blamed the dirty dishes on the previous renters, saying that "they cooked a lot and must have washed the dishes in the dishwasher themselves because we always make sure they are clean when we take them out of the dishwasher". Later in the week, we also discovered that the extra blanket in the closet had some white crusted stuff on it, but opted at that point to just use the bed comforter for a blanket in order to not deal with trying to coordinate with the hostess again to arrange a time for the housekeeper to come by since we were going to be sightseeing.

Great stay in Scottsdale

Very clean and well equipped suite. Owner/agent very easy to access if needed and to deal with. This was a week rental for our adult children to join us for Christmas. Our condo is not large enough for all the kids and spouses so this was basically overflow. They experienced no issues.

Scottsdale stay

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone. The keys that we got out of the lockbox for the front door of the building could use some work. Either that or the door lock itself is going bad. It's very difficult to open the building door with those keys. Sooner or later they will fail. That's the only thing that was challenging. We had a great time!

Scottsdale Gem of a Property

Great price, location and property! Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the holiday with family. Kitchen was well equipped to accommodate Thanksgiving dinner. Definitely will stay there again!
