Waterscape is the premium Resort in the area with an oasis like pools and waterparks at the courtyard. Units that have courtyard views are most preferred. Our unit is larger 1 Bedroom unit with bunks and is very conveniently located close to the covered parking area and also closest 1 bedroom to the Ocean. We have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances everything you will need for your cooking pleasure. Your unit also features a bunk bed at the corner of the living room. It is a huge hit for the kids.

Upper Courtyard pool and two large hot tubs are heated and open during colder months.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. -You pay full amount to confirm your reservation. Please check applicable cancellation policy below-

We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 1 day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

The unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. There are additional fees for 5th and 6th guest so please make sure you enter the correct guest count at the reservation. We provide guest poll wristbands for the party size in the unit.

We are in the "B" Area overlooking to the Waterscape Courtyard!

There is no road to pass, we are directly on the beach.

Cleaning, linen and Resort fees are included in our pricing under "Host Fee".

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

We have discounted long term rental (snow bird) rates for Dec-Jan-Feb at this property. This discount is already built-into the price.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Our check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

We do not offer beach service, however we provide 2 quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.

The unit has great resort and ocean views from the balcony.

It's 5th floor views are breath-taking. Bunk beds with personal TV's that feature Netflix and cable are newly installed and we put memory foam very comfortable mattress bunk beds. You will love this condo.

We provide Pack n' Play in the condo.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular brewing coffee machine in the unit. Please bring coffee and filters.

Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool (right under the unit) and heated two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February)

The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures.

All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress.

Guests will have access to all the Resort pools, the courtyard, the gym, barbecue grills, hot tubs, parking etc.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

Lot's of restaurants close by some in walking distance. This is a resort by the beach, with an oasis like water parks in the middle of a U shape building. Our unit is at the B side, (West of the U).

Car is advised and recommended but not necessary.
