The house is located in the heart of Roquefort hamlet surrounded by vineyards. Roquefort is ideally located to discover all the charms of the region: 10 minutes from Cassis (rocky inlets / port), 10 minutes from La Ciotat (sand / port ranges), 15 minutes from Marseille (old port / museums) and 20 min Aix en Provence (historical center / restaurants).
The house consists of an old farmhouse (built in 1920) and a newer part (added in 2002) connected by a bright conservatory. The land has a total area of ​​2200 m² with a parking lot north part (up to 4 cars) and a wooded and grassed area to the south. The pool, dimensions 8m x 4m, is secured by a high fence and a gate. The house of 130 sqm includes 2 adults bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 children's bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 laundry room with toilet, 1 living / kitchen of 50 m², 1 wooden terrace of 50 sqm.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben. Der Pool war ganz neu und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Bäume haben gut Schatten bei den ansonsten über 30 Grad gespendet. Der Vermieter Cyrille ist sehr nett, die Übergabe hat ohne Probleme geklappt und er hat mit Voranmeldung sich diskret um die Reinigung des Pools gekümmert. Von dem Haus erreicht man schnell die Strände, Aix-en-Provence oder Marseille. Es war insgesamt ein toller erholsamer Urlaub.

La maison se prête à des vacances en famille, le jardin est merveilleux, l'accès à la piscine est sécurisé pour les enfants. Le village est très accessible et proche de tout. La villa Fideline est idéalement située pour rayonner autour de Cassis, La Ciotat, Saint-Cyr, Aubagne et même Aix et Marseille. Que vous soyez à la recherche des traces de Marcel Pagnol ou de calanques et plages somptueuses... cette villa vous conviendra parfaitement. Superbe maison particulièrement agréable avec des enfants

La maison est grande, au calme, bien équipée, le jardin est ombragé, la piscine parfaitement entretenue et correspond tout à fait à l’annonce. Nos enfants on trouvé avec plaisir des jouets laissés sur place par les propriétaires. Le coin nuit est bien séparé de l’espace de vie et de la terrasse ce qui permet de respecter les rythmes de chacun. La localisation permet d’accéder facilement à de nombreux points d’interêt de la région. Manque peut être un petit centre ville avec boulangerie..etc Mais un il y a un SPAR relativement proche et le grand Auchan d’Aubagne à 10min. Le propriétaire est accueillant, nous a laissé des suggestions de balades ou visites. Il a été très réactifs à nos quelques messages. Notre séjour dans cette maison a été très agréable!

Lovely house, great if you have kids

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely house. Pool was great and the house had everything we needed. Cyrille was also very welcoming and unobtrusive. We have two young kids and it was great for them too - the little play house in particular. Highly recommend.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Großer Garten mit abgetrenntem Pool. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er kommt regelmäßig und sehr diskret um den Pool perfekt sauber zu halten. Das ganze in sehr schöner Umgebung. Also alles was man für den perfekten Urlaub braucht.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in Roquefort. Unsere drei Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten in dem Haus und auch drum herum bedenkenlos spielen, da der Pool durch einen extra Zaun mit Kindersicherung abgesichert ist. Auch die vorhandenen Spielgeräte (Kinderhaus, Schaukel, Rutsche, Roller...) machten den Garten noch attraktiver für die Kinder. Die Besitzer kümmern sich sehr nett um ihre Gäste und konnten uns so manchen Ausflugstipp geben. Innen wie außen war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Nous avons passé une semaine à deux familles (4 enfants). La maison est bien adaptée, le jardin est un énorme plus, il y a plusieurs possibilités de balades depuis la maison, la mer et Cassis sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Bref, que demander de mieux?

Perfect Provence holiday home for families.

We were two families traveling together, four adults and four children (1 - 7 years old.) The house is very centrally located in this region, giving easy access to many great locations. There is a good supermarket, artisanal bakeries, a regional wine store and a winery in close reach. You will have to drive for a few minutes, but thats normal when renting a house thats located in such a calm area, not in the middle of the town. The property is comfortable, well organised, clean, beautiful, very child friendly and you have everything you need - feels like a home. The bedrooms are comfortable and the children room is a lot of fun for the kids. The garden is beautiful and perfectly suitable and nice for both children and adults. Outside dining and seating area, toys and activity for the young ones. The pool is very nice and clean (cleaned two times a week). The temperature of the water was perfect this time of year (July). The only downside was the furniture by the pool, two benches that are falling appart. The house owners are the most hospitable couple; generous, welcoming, friendly and willing to do everyting to make your stay pleasant. They did everything to meet our needs, and more than that! We received good information about the region. We are more than happy to recommend this property in every way - and we would not hesitate to rent it again if we will ever be in this region in the future. We had the perfect vacation! Wundervolle Ferien in tollem Haus!Perfect holiday!

Wir verbrachten im September 2015 wundervolle Ferien in diesem tollen Haus und werden auch dieses Jahr wieder unseren Jahresurlaub dort verbringen! Das Haus und die Einrichtung entsprechen genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung, es ist sehr großräumig und liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns direkt zu Hause dort! Auch für Kinder ist es toll mit vielen Spielsachen drinnen und draussen, gemütlichen Kinderzimmer, der grosse Garten, die tolle Terrasse und der Pool. Das Örtchen ist sehr ruhig und süß und man erreicht viele Ziele in der Umgebung sehr einfach und schnell - Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Bandol usw. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr zuvorkommend und dezent um die Reinigung des Pools und weiterer Dinge und stehen für Fragen und Tipps bei Interesse gerne zur Verfügung. Nur zu empfehlen! We spent a wonderful holiday in thie beautiful house in Septemer 2015 and will also spend our holiday there this year in some weeks to come! House and interior are exactly as show on the pictures and described, the house is very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated, we felt at home immediately! Also for kids it is perfect, the kid`s room, lots of toys for indoor and outdoor, the huge garden, pool, terrace and lounge invite for comfortable and relaxing hours outside. The village is cute and quiet and a lot of places nearby can be reached easily and fast by car - Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Bandol usw. The owners are very polite and helpful, take care of the pool and are happy to give tips and advice at interest. We can only recommend this beautiful place!

Wonderful place for family holidays

We stayed in the house last June with two kids (3 and 6). It was perfect to hang around all day with a lovely, large garden and a great outdoor pool (which was in secured area and well looked after by the owner). The house is spacious and well equipped. From the first minute you feel like home. We loved the relaxed breakfasts on the terrace in the morning and the bbqs in the evenings. The owner was friendly and helpful at all times. We will come back for another holiday!

Parfait pour les familles!

Cette maison est très agréable pour les retrouvailles de famille. Chacun a son espace de détente. Les enfants ont adoré courir dans le jardin et jouer dans la cabane en bois. La situation géographique permet de découvrir l'arrière pays de Marseille sans en avoir les inconvénients. Proche des produits de terroirs comme la vigne notamment et des merveilles comme la ville de Cassis. Très bonne adresse. Guy a répondu à nos petits tracas avec rapidité et gentillesse.
