Modern one bedroom ground level 1 bath condo in a high end condo community. Pool is now heated year round! Welcome to sunny Casa Grande. Your stay at The Avenida will feature a fully furnished 1 bedroom with queen bed close the pool. Full access high speed internet access, designer tile throughout, washer dryer and electric grill included. Entire condo has been remodeled to include a flat screen TV with live network HDTV and streaming.

The Space:
Modern setup with Indian and nature theme. All appliances are brand new. TV is wall mounted and setup for streaming. High speed broadband internet access provided. This condo is in a great Casa Grande neighborhood, close to just about everything. No disappointments here!Pool is HEATED year round. Antenna HD Cable, turn on the TV and watch the news or a movie on Netflix. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
Great neighborhood and clean complex. No concerns about crime or vandalism.

Getting Around:
Definitely will need a car.

Very disappointed!!!!

I have stayed in many VRBO and this one should NEVER BE LISTED!!!It was nothing that the pictures look like, it said it was remodeled, but the only thing that was new that I could tell was the flooring. None of the furniture was the same in the picture. We were there for seven days and we had four bath towels and one washcloth. It advertised having a washer and dryer, but just the washer. It was advertises no smoking in on property, but each time we returned the apartment smelt like cigarette smoke and or weed. It also advertised Internet and Wi-Fi TVs in the bedroom and living room only worked the first day we got there. Only had local channels and nothing in the bedroom at all. It was very dirty and found a big chunk of black hair in the shower. it was also advertised with a pool, but after checking in, I had to ask for permission to use it. Which leads me back to only having four towels, had to use two of them for the pool. I do not recommend this place to anyone even if you’re spending one night.I am not just leaving a review, I WILL BE LOOKING INTO TJIS FUTURE!!!I sent messages to the host on property several times and nothing happened, or was addressed. Forgot to mention how loud the neighbors upstairs and next-door were, the whole experience was awful

Unit 37A Not To Bad

Unit 37A. This was a business trip for me. My stay wasn't as nice as advertised or described. PRO's: My check-in was great. The unit was very clean. Thank you. The property was nice. Quite neighbors. CON's: The management company is pretty good about getting back to you. There was no BBQ grill as ad described. Called the management company about this but never did get back to me. Had a Unforeseen - One day the water service was shut off at about 4:00pm. Leak next door. Plumber showed up at about 1:00am to fix the leak. That was the pits from the noise. Can hear full conversation from people in the unit next door from the bedroom. Not joking!! Not cool!! The smell of cooking from next door comes right in this unit. If they're frying fish, the smell comes right in this unit. It's like the AC ventilation system is shared from both units. Didn't like that at all. Not Cool At All!!! The AC unit had a very loud banging noise when it shut off and turned on. Something had to be wrong. The internet service was very bad. Really had a hard time working on my computer and watching TV at the same time. Made it very difficult to do my work. Very frustrating. The cleaning crew helped me more than the management company did. Other than that it wasn't to bad. I would stay there again I believe.

Our stay was very good.

Patio door needed fixing screen didn’t shut and door dint lock . Things needed in kitchen no mixing bowls and few other things.

Not at all a LUXURY condo - CHEAP!

This is a low end condo at best and very sparsely appointed. Uncomfortable furniture throughout and very cheap. Living room furniture that looks like the cat used for a scratch pad. No electric grill as advertised. Very noisy. Nowhere to put clothes away for any length of stay. Plastic handle cutlery. Falsely states condo has been renovated. Only tile floor and shower are newer. Old kitchen cabinets. Probably paid twice what it is worth. Very disappointing.

I don't recomend this property to anybody. The walls are thin the host lives next door. She listens to everything going on in your rental. There's no privacy it's just not a cool scene whatsoever. The place is pitch black at night good luck finding the apartment at night. It was clean however.

Clean low cost 1 bdrm, very basic unit, in apartment complex. Furniture basic & reasonably new. No extras. Unit available , during high rent times, at reasonable price. Free wifi & tv. Rooms a bit noisy at times from other guests. When appliance broke, local contact got it replaced within a day. Reasonably safe area. Close to shopping.
