The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed the quietness of the unit and surrounding area. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely windy with double red flag warnings daily which made for an unpleasant beach experience. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Here are some suggestions that the quest host should consider. The kitchen could use some updated pans as the large skillet has peeling non stick particles and is not useable. The kitchen could also use more dishes and sliverware to avoid frequent dish washing. The guest bedroom needs light blocker drapes as there is a large window with only blinds that allows the breezeway lights to shine in all night long - fortunately we did not have any quests for this visit. The unit could use some overall updating especially the toilets. The master bed was not very comfortable and the linens are very thin -needs updating. We would not stay in this unit again but would choose the Martinique again. A note about the management company- Nina was very professional and was instrumental in helping us with our last minute reservation and we will be happy to work with her again in the future.
