Worst unit I think I’ve ever stayed in at Aqua.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was ill-equipped. We bought a dozen eggs at the grocery store to make breakfast but there was no frying pan that looked decent to cook scrambled eggs in so had to throw out the eggs at the end of our stay. Not enough bath towels provided. When we arrived there were no luggage carts so we had to take our suitcases in and then luckily on our way back down to parking garage someone had left a cart outside their unit so we grabbed it to retrieve the rest of our items from our car. There was no “fitted” sheet on bed in master. Therefore every morning the “flat” sheet that was used on bottom was generally all rolled up and we were just lying on mattress pad. Very poor lighting in master bathroom. The washing machine was EXTREMELY loud. Elevators were always out of order causing extremely long waits to go down or back up.

3rd time is NOT A charm!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We where there about 30 mins when we found out the pool and hot tub was closed ( we picked Aqua because of the indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub) spoke with Robin who said it was emailed to me, I did find the email after looking in spam. Everything else they does NOT go to spam! There was not many people staying that week at all they definitely should have called! They did offer tokens 3 days after check to go to the Aquatic Center however it was closed! Our last two nights the hvac or something was making god awful noises inside and outside our unit. I called downstairs that morning and was told to call security(I said I don’t know what Security Hass to do with this he told me to call Security anyway) I didn’t call I took a video of the noise went downstairs to show them only to find that the doors were locked and they were closed at 11 AM on 12/22 so I sent an email and got a reply that she was out of the office until 1229. Or check out the was 1224 at 9 AM but the cleaning lady opened our door at 8:30 AM and was rude that we had not left yet, check out time is nine not 830. I still have not heard anything back on the noise to kept us up the last two nights of our stay we will definitely not be staying at the aqua again after this time!

Also there was no iron or ironing board to prepare clothes for an evening out for dinner. we had to run out to purchase these things as we have never traveled with them before.

My wife called down to Aqua and got ahold of Aronov and we got the best service we have ever received. They understood what we had went through got a quote and room ready for us in under two hours. I recommend anybody go through them you won’t regret it at all!

Aqua condo 1111

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reservation and check-in process easy and reliable. All pre-arrival info delivered as promised. Feel Aronov could have advised us of the hotel construction next door. The balcony really couldn’t be use between 7:30 and 5:00 due to the noise and cement dust. The condo was nice but the couch (not much support when sitting on the right end) and one of the chairs (tips forward if you sit on the front edge) seemed to be reaching their life expectancy. There was a baseboard missing under one of kitchen cabinets. The refrigerator looked second hand. A lot of rust spots on the sides. When we got up Thursday morning it had stopped cooling. We reported it and by Thursday evening it was working again. We have stayed in different condos at the Aqua on at least five different occasions, the last in 2018 but this was the first time we have been disappointed with the overall quality of the condo.

Excellent View

The property was beautiful. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of the water. The property was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The elevator issues is a really big problem especially when you have several people in your group. The check in process was a little bit confusing and the parking under the garage was a bit of a hassle. The property is close to all the restaurants, pier park, Walmart and local food spots. I would definitely recommend this property and I would definitely book here again.

Gulf Coast Get Away with the grand kids

Great place, not so great condo

There were also some broken things that needed to be repaired such as the microwave, chairs, carpet and toilet. Maintenance was called on the first day that we stayed there and they had to replace the toilet completely Because it was leaking into the guestroom. There was also dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. I will be returning to the Aqua resorts in the future but I will not be returning to this room.
