Beautiful new studio apartment in downtown Hailey

Beautiful new studio apartment located in downtown Hailey constructed in 2018. Walkable to all downtown areas. Only 12 miles to Ketchum and the Sun Valley ski resort. Studio is on second story with great views and a private entrance. Perfect location and beautifully finished! There is new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchenette for all of your needs! The studio has a queen size bed and a single sized pull out couch, kitchen table/work desk that seats 4, kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plate and refrigerator and a separate bathroom with tiled shower.

Extra space for family coming into town

We rented this property for more room during a family reunion. It was close by, and was perfect for what we needed. Would rent again if we need more space again.

Everything was smooth. It gets hot by the end of the day, but the AC unit helps with that.
