We have COMPLETELY RENOVATED THIS CONDO. All new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The bath is tiled and has a new soaker tub. New tile floors through out the condo. All new chairs and queen sofa sleeper.

Oceanfront Condominium with a sliding glass door in the master bedroom and the living room leading to the balcony overlooking the gulf. This is a 'B' floor plan. The views are stunning, you can literally see 20 miles up and down the beach. Sunbird B Unit with a bright beach décor. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony. Everything you need to have a great time at the beach.

SNOW BIRDS - WINTER RATES APPLY FOR NEXT JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL - IT'S STILL COLD UP THERE - STAY HERE LONGER.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is super clean as it has been the owners’ personal unit.

This deluxe suite includes dedicated internet access for this unit only with a landline phone for all occupants.

Ironing board and iron are provided.

Sunbird has three pools with one heated.

Gated access to parking and grounds.

Ground floor laundry facilities.

Parking is at the base of the building and there is no waiting for elevators the cost for parking is $30 payable to the COA upon check in.

February 2025 Getaway

We were extremely impressed with how well appointed the unit was. Robyne thought of everything when stocking the kitchen with tools and cookware. Plenty of towels and bed was excellent. Certainly would look forward to returning here in the future.

Great View, Location

Check in was a breeze. There was a small issue upon arrival but the owner was able to resolve ASAP. My husband wants to use this location every time we visit Panama. I’ll definitely reserve this unit again.

Perfect spot on the Beach

GORGEOUS views

Very much enjoyed our stay. Views can't even be described. The included beach service was very much appreciated. Walmart is 2 minutes away, and great restaurants are close by. The wifi & tv connection was very hit-&-miss. Got in earlier than expected & was given an early check-in, which we very much appreciated. Would stay again!

Anniversary trip

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary in PCB and this condo was perfect!! It was beautiful and the view was amazing. Our section of the beach was never too crowded and everything was very seamless. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend

The condo is so pretty and has everything you need when you arrive. And *clean*. The resort has 3 pools, elevators are quick and plenty of parking. Excellent location and the beach chairs/umbrella included were very much appreciated!! We had trouble accessing the wifi for work. Use the title of this review for network and password is the long number chain she supplies. Enjoy!!

This condo is so comfortable and clean. It’s one the best that we have ever stayed in. The views are magnificent! Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, ice cream and retail shops. We didn’t have a vehicle due to flying and didn’t miss having it once. Hope to make many more memories here in the future.

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived in time to see the Thunderbirds air show from the balcony. The apartment was perfect for us. So convenient to walk out and be on the beach. Nice to have the chairs and umbrella. The weather was wonderful. We went to Pineapple Willie’s 3 times. Nice view and close by. My wife is not really a beach person but said she could do this every day. Win! Backyard porch restaurant at Pier Park was really good. Senor frog was an interesting place. Good view and good food. Had a great time. Will do it again.

Would stay again!

Me and my wife were enjoying our one year anniversary. As soon as we got into the room we fell in love with it and she she told me I did an excellent job picking out the room. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. Didn’t have to wait for an elevator for more than seconds. The staff were nice as well. The chairs that were included were a great bonus. We would stay again without question.

Picture perfect!

This condo was the exact same as it looked in every picture! Very clean & had everything we needed for our 5 day stay & more. Stephen was very good at communicating on what to do upon arriving and where to go. It was a very nice honeymoon for us, very relaxing & felt like home away from home. Will consider rebooking in the future!
