Located 2.5 km from the spa resort of Mont Dore, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy (1886m, highest peak of the mountains of Auvergne), 300m from the ski lifts and cross-country trails, you take full advantage of the mountain and pleasures of winter sports. In summer, quiet, in the midst of a magnificent setting, you are close to all the hiking trails that crisscross the valley (Path of Physicians and trail Capuchin), and at the same time very close to the city center (access in less than 3 minutes) where is the famous Thermal Establishment, which hosts many spa guests, from April to September.

Studio très peu lumineux, mal agencé, moquette au sol et double-rideaux (non-occultants) qui datent de quelques décennies. Eclairage kitchenette HS, lavabo SDB bouché. Convient pour 2 personnes maximum.

Lugar fantástico.

El macizo central y en especial Mont-Dore es un lugar excepcional para caminar en familia. Rutas de dificultad moderada, paisajes preciosos y la presencia de volcanes por todas partes hacen de este lugar un destino muy atractivo. La residencia de los señores Bobineau es perfecta para pasar unos días, todo absolutamente limpio y con muchos detalles. No necesitamos mal y la situación a pie de pistas y el Puy de Sancy, en plena naturaleza, hacen de ella un lugar privilegiado. Ah! y aunque sólo hablamos con ellos por teléfono, se preocuparon en todo momento por que nuestra estancia fuese agradable. Muchas gracias.

Super séjour en famille, même sans neige... ça nous a donné envie de revenir. L'appartement n'est pas grand mais bien équipé et conforme à la description, et très bien situé (entre le bourg et les pistes). Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, sérieux et très réactif.

Appartement très calme Il a un peu neigé le samedi (obligé de chaîner pour monter aux pistes) c'est pratique de pouvoir partir skis au pieds vers la remontée la plus proche environ 300m (télésiège les longes piste verte)
