Perfection!

This property is just as advertised and more!!! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet with lots of dog walkers, runners and moms strolling babies but also walking distance to hipster bars and shops. The home is warm and welcoming with everything you could possibly need. It must have recently been updated because everything felt new. The house is spotlessly clean and the owner responsive and friendly. Really, just perfect!

Family Fun

This property is perfectly located; close to family and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, post office, parks, and coffee shops. The property itself is well appointed and very well cared for. The owners Paula and Greg are gregarious and communicative. They are responsive and timely in addressing any questions or concerns and truly interested in hosting their guests. We are looking forward to our next stay.

This property was perfect for us during our stay in Charlotte. It is within walking distance of our family and has a guest bedroom to accommodate “sleepovers” with our grandchildren. Plaza Midwood is lovely!

We stayed in the other side of this property last year for a Birthday/Mother’s Day visit with our daughter. We loved it so much it was the first place I looked for our recent return visit to pick our daughter up. This time only this side was available and I jumped on it. It is just as lovely, comfortable and spotless as the other. Cannot say enough good things about either place. They provide everything you need making it feel like a home away from home. Paula was awesome! I love the area!
