This cute 4 bedroom beach cottage is the perfect house with all the extras for your family to have a great vacation at! There is a large private pool, hot tub, sand volley ball court and lots of decking (open, screened and shaded)! The beautiful, open, beach is just a 5 minute walk away.

Top Level: Spacious family room with queen futon, TV/BlueRay, kitchenette, bar fridge & microwave, front and back decks. 2 Queen bedrooms with deck access that overlooks the pool. Full hall bath.

Lower Level: Kitchen and Dining area w/ TV/DVD, stereo, leads to large screened in porch. A 2nd porch on this level overlooks the pool. Both have great Polywood furniture and provide a nice area to enjoy the beautiful weather with your family. Queen bedroom with deck access. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds and TV. Full hall bath.

Ground Level: Private Pool (10'x27'), Hot Tub (6), Enclosed outside shower, Volleyball. Laundry Room w/ washer, dryer and full size fridge - very convenient for leaving drinks and snacks at!

Extras: Private Pool available for the entire rental season, Private Hot Tub (6), Sand Volley Ball Court, High speed wireless internet, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor shower, 3 TVs (with cable), 2 DVD, 1 Stereo, 2 Full size refrigerators, 1 bar fridge, 2 microwaves, washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. Bed linens provided w/ beds made prior to arrival, bath towels can be rented for $7 a set (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). Parking (4). No Smoking. Saturday turnover.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Covid get away

Due to the pandemic we had to change our summer plans. We chose this house because of the private pool. We had an amazing time. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was excellent!

Awesome week!

Everything was great! Loved all of the decking and outdoor spaces to hang out. Short walk/ bike ride to the beach without crossing major roads. Hot tub and pool were great and fun for adults and kids. Extra fridge downstairs and upistairs was good. Beds were noisey if you moved and not the most comfortable but other than that everything was really great.

Pool and Hot Tub were fantastic

The kitchen has become cluttered with left over plastic ware and odds and ends pots and pans. This left no room in a cabinet for groceries. We had several cool days the first part of the week so the Hot Tub was a wonderful addition. The pool was fantastic!

Most relaxing vacation ever!

The house was great! All the pictures online are accurate. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Plenty of space inside and on multiple decks. We brought our own pool floats and beach wagon but house provided them for us , so.leave yours at home..lol. Beach was a fairly short walk from house with nearby bike trails too. 5 mile bike ride to lighthouse and grocery stores very close by.

Nice home and location...just needs a little TLC

The property was nice, close and easy walk to beach, very spacious! House was very cool even at the hottest part of the day. Pool was large and clean. Realty company was very responsive to questions and concerns. The downside was the house needs to have a more thorough cleaning. I had to vacuum the futon couch which was full of sand and used Kleenex and also another smaller couch. The stove needed cleaning around the burners and the range hood was dusty and the light underneath was covered in bugs. Also, the coffee pot was not cleaned. This is the first time I have had to clean a property I rented from VRBO. Also, I agree with another comment about a lot of stuff in the cabinets. There is a lot of junkie utensils and pots and pans and no room to put food and snacks. Sadly, if it hadn’t had the first positive things I stated, I would have given a 3 rating. And I have never in the past given a property less then a 5 before.

Great stay

We loved the pool and spent a lot of time swimming. The screened in front porch was a delightful place to enjoy our morning cup of coffee and we loved all the Adirondack chairs! The furniture in the house was not exceptionally comfortable but was good enough. Location was a little further from the beach than we realized but we enjoyed riding our bikes up. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and bakeware, which was very helpful. A good stay in a great town!

Awesome Vacay Location

Our stay in Caption Morgan's was awesome. I thought the walk to the beach was going to be to much (7 mins); but it was not bad at all. It was fully equipped with everything you needed including a Keurig Coffee Pot, electric skillet, crock pot, blender, toaster over, beach cart, pool toys, 2 full-size refrigerators and mini-fridge (on second level). Check-in and out was seamless. Pool was a great size.

Perfect for our family. Enough space and areas for everyone to enjoy.
