Parfait.

Séjour parfait dans cette location. Tout est mis en mis en place pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Rien ne manque. Emplacement calme. Les conseils et informations donnés par le propriétaire sont nombreux. Un dvd nous avait été envoyé par courrier avant notre arrivée. Piscine très bien exposée, commerce à proximité. Accès simple pour aller à Cadix. A recommander +++ sans hésiter

Gîte au TOP

Le gîte, une charmante villa avec piscine, était top: on y trouve tout le nécessaire, il ne manque absolument rien. Confortable, pratique et charmant. Petit jardin ombragé par des arbres fruitiers , cour pour garer notre voiture. TV française pour les enfants. Communication avec le propriétaire, amicale et rapide. Supermarché a proximité(5mn en voiture), accès autoroute (à 7mn en voiture), à 7mn en voiture du centre de Chiclana, la villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel, au calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lorsque nous reviendrons à Chiclana.

Maison avec piscine dans une résidence calme, a 4 mn d'un petit centre commercial, et à 25 mn du centre historique de Cadix. Propriétaire vivant en France, ce qui facilite la communication.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Hébergement très bien équipé, piscine super, plutôt calme. Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs (piscine, les salons de jardin, le bbq...), La TV avec les chaînes françaises...

Buen sitio para disfrutar en familia

La casa estaba muy bien equipada, y muy bien comunicada con la carretera comunicándose así con la carretera a otras playas, la piscina y las instalaciones estupendas para disfrutar con familia y amigos, me encantaron el detalle de todos los juegos y entretenimiento para los niños, lo único que si cambiaría serían los colchones, por lo demás recomiendo 100%

Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento

Muy buenas palabras, pero recibimos la casa en pésimo estado de conservación y limpieza y por prudentes nos callamos puesto que la queriamos principalmente para dormir. Y nos encontramos con que a la salida, después de revisar la casa delante nuestra, nos mandan un whatsapp diciendo que no se ha hecho la limpieza cuando es mentira, es más, hasta dejamos el lavavajillas funcionando con los platos de la cena y las tazas del desayuno. Llevamos muchos años saliendo y es la primera vez que nos llaman la atención cuando en otros sitios nos han felicitado, eso si, limpio lo que me han dado limpio no los pelusones debajo de las camas, las capas de polvo en las puertas. Y en cuanto al mantenimiento, tenemos humedades, resbalon de puerta roto, oxido en la bañera... La casa esta cerca de todo pero por desgracia por las noches tiene unos mosquitos que te acribillan.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario, no es grande pero está muy bien distribuido, la piscina y la barbacoa muy bien , sitio muy tranquilo ,un poco alejado de la playa ,pero ya que tienes que coger el coche, está cerca de muchos supermercados grandes

Bon séjour dans une maison où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. avec en plus Wifi, télévision française, et les conseils du propriétaire qui nous renseigne dès qu'un petit souci nous préoccupe. Il nous guide, nous rassure, en direct mais il nous dit tout déjà très clairement dans la préparation du contrat avec tout plein d'explications sur les visites à effectuer pendant le séjour. Belle région, et merci encore au propriétaire

tout d'abord un grand merci a Francisco pour ce 2eme séjour a CHICLANA DE LA FRONTERA avec son climat, ces magnifiques ballades et ces découvertes, la maison très accueillante avec son calme et la piscine pour se détendre tous les repas se sont fait dehors y compris le petit déjeuner tellement l'air y est doux (18° a 20° le matin) Quartier très calme pour celui qui veux se reposer

La maison est conforme au descriptif. La piscine très bien entretenue et sans vis à vis est le point fort de la maison. Le propriétaire est très disponible. Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location.

La piscina ideal no lo pasamos muy bien aunque los mosquitos nos comieron pero eso fue a todos los sitios donde fuimos en general muy bien
