This large, secluded, and well loved home is located in the desirable Santa Fe Museum Hill neighborhood. The home is adorned with the traditional Santa Fe style-details such as; a kiva fireplace, viga ceilings, and a large private garden with flagstone walkways and gazebos. This spacious 2000 sq foot home will provide you with a quiet break after a busy day of sightseeing or business activities.

It is just 9 minutes away from Santa Fe's historic downtown plaza and the Santa Fe Railyard. The Santa Fe Ski basin and several wilderness recreational areas are near and it is just a quick two minute drive up the street to the following museums: Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, Museum of International Folk Art, and the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. When traveling on the interstate, the home is just a convenient short distance from Old Pecos Trail (exit 284 off I-25).

A modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides the guests with all the amenities for cooking and dining. Guests can take advantage of the New Mexico's 300 days of beautiful clear weather with the home's many outdoor areas: an enclosed porch surrounded by an outdoor porch; a gorgeous rose garden; a gazebo; an arbor; and a contemplative area.

The three spacious bedrooms are located on the east side of the home. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Another bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and ADA-amenities.

This home has a spacious open plan dining room and living room. A large flat screen TV is located in this area as well as in the Master Bedroom.

We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, plus communication with the property manager. The little things made a big difference compared to other properties we’ve stayed at…clear instructions, plug-in devices by the beds, Aveeno lotion for our dry skin, etc. We’ll be back!

A Home Away From Home in Santa Fe

Wow! This home is indeed a treasure. It is close to several museums, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, several Food Trucks, downtown, and popular restaurants. Perfect place to stay in Santa Fe

This house is wonderful - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for 3 ladies that have known each other since kindergarten. The backyard is an oasis. The kitchen is well stocked. And above all, the host is very reachable and communicative, warm and friendly. We definitely will stay here again the next time we go to Santa Fe.

Beautiful home and courtyard in prime Santa Fe location

The home was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had ample parking. The outdoor space was lovely with screened porch, beautiful roses in the courtyard, and lots of seating to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Good location for visiting the museums and plaza. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property in Santa Fe

This property was outstanding!! My older sister who has mobility issues and I stayed for 5 days. The home was excellent for her with accessible showers, automatic lights in the hallway and nightlights. The home had everything anyone could need - spices, cooking oils, pots and pans, detergents, etc. Importantly, it was immaculate! And we both loved the backyard rose garden and the porches. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and minutes from sights by car. We highly recommend it. It felt like visiting a family member's home rather than a rental. A++++

Lovely, peaceful home for 8 days

Our party of three adults would frequently remark to each other throughout our 8-day stay how peaceful and beautiful the home, garden, and porch were. I cooked extensively and the pristine kitchen had a super variety of cookware and coffee pots for us coffee lovers! Roxanne was VERY accomodating in communication and a special request. The Southwest-inspired artwork throughout the house and the peach trees and roses galore made us feel as if we were in a well-tended home away from home. We talked about returning to this very relaxing place.

Wonderful, large home in the museum district

The home was spacious and extremely clean. It had a great outdoor space where we enjoyed cocktails after dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to downtown, as well as the expressway so that we could travel and visit national parks, etc. around Santa Fe. Communication with the owner was wonderful and we were not required to clean extensively upon leaving like in other places we’ve rented (i.e. were not required to strip the beds, etc). The home is large enough for two couples plus as it has three bedrooms that are very large, including the walk-in closets. Great experience – hope to be back.

Comfortable tidy home

The house was just right. Three comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, no frills but just what we sought for a family of 5 adults (including 2 married couples) spending a few days in Santa Fe over the holidays. We walked into town once but it maybe far for some. (2 or 3 miles.)

It was my mother's home after she retired. She wanted to be near all the art and culture offerings of Santa Fe.

What makes this property unique

My mom loved this home because it was the perfect combination of being near activites such as museums, restaurants, churches, Santa Fe Plaza, shopping and the hospitals but also located in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard that became a canvas to her love of gardening.
