Between sea and mountain, our mini-villa is located in the heart of a 3-star residence 200m from the center of the village of Serra di Ferro and near the port of Porto Pollo (5min) and Propriano (20min), with a view magnificent on Cupabia bay (beach accessible on foot from the residence 20 min walk)
Mini charming villa of 34m2 completely renovated, for a magnificent holiday, under the sign of relaxation and well-being.
Exceptional view of the sea and CUPABIA bay from the terrace with new equipment and modern decoration

Villa T2 5 people with wall air conditioning:

- 1 large bedroom with double bed (BB bed available if needed)
- 1 beautiful living room with sea view with 1 sofa convertible into a double bed which acts as a 2nd bedroom, 1 single sofa bed, 1 flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.
- 1 new fully equipped kitchen area with microwave combination oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, vitro hob, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker ...
- 1 bathroom with bath / shower
- 1 separate WC
- A shaded terrace with breathtaking views of the sea

The residence is secure and pedestrianized (car access authorized for departures and arrivals) in a wooded park and authentic, typically Corsican vegetation, ideal for visiting Southern Corsica.
The swimming pool is open from April until October (ask me for the exact dates).
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy as on your arrival.
For rentals during the period from the beginning of November to the beginning of April, a cleaning service will be requested in addition to 95€.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but we can offer the rental of bed linen and towels. Price upon request.

Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the nearby beaches and the heated pool. The house was comfortable. We loved the view! The only negative thing; there were a few dogs wandering loose and we found poop in 'our' garden.

Magnifique

Un petit coin de paradis en cette fin de septembre. Le logement situé dans un hameau accroché à la montagne permet une vue imprenable sur la plage. Équipement impressionnant, tout est prévu pour un séjour serein. Sabine, l'hôtesse, est très accueillante, le contact facile et clair, toujours disponible. Nous conseillons vivement la mini villa d'Alba Rossa de Serra Di Ferro. CCupabia.

15 jours de rêve

Une fois arriver à la mini villa le rêve commence avec une vue de la terrasse à couper le souffle on en prend plein les yeux. La villa et très fonctionnel on a tous se qu’on peut avoir besoin à disposition. La piscine et à 50 mètre se qui et top. Il y a plusieurs plage magnifique proche nous reviendrons sent hésiter

Que dire !!!! Tres joli villa avec tout ce qu'il faut Le descriptif est conforme et cette vue incroyable dont on ne se lasse pas Le soir les geckos font leur schow des que la lumière s'allume Avec la chaleur nou n'avons pas beaucoup fait de randonnées juste cupabia et porto polo à pieds Merci beaucoup à Sabine pour ces petites attentions et sa disponibilité de la terrasse s'allume

Vue incroyable, calme, belle piscine

Je recommande les yeux fermés. Logement très charmant, avec une vue incroyable. La belle terrasse en bois, le mobilier de jardin et la plancha ont bien agrémenté nos soirées. Merci à sabine pour sa disponibilité.

Séjour Corse du Sud Serra di Ferro

Endroit idéal pour rayonner dans le sud de la Corse. Mini villa avec toutes les commodités et très calme. Terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les atouts de début juin : nature verte et fleurie, peu de monde. Que des beaux souvenirs !!

Résidence Alba Rossa - SERRA DI FERRO

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la résidence et l'appartement très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique d'où nous avons pu apprécier les couchers de soleil depuis notre terrasse. Très beau et bon séjour à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Aussicht

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über die Bucht und der beheizte Pool waren die absoluten Highlights. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die ganze Kommunikation mit Sabine, unserer Vermieterin, war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Zu beachten gibt es vielleicht, dass es kein W-Lan gibt. Der Handyempfang war aber hervorragend. Wir hatten eine perfekte Ferienwoche! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

tout était conforme , sauf la vue qui était encore plus belle avec de merveilleux coucher de soleil la plage de cupania est une véritable carte postale, le calme de la propriété aide à se ressourcer et nous avons rencontré des gens sympathiques ,la soirée de chant corse au grill de ferra di serro nous a enchanté merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir permis de connaitre ce lieu paradisiaque

Un endroit magique

La mini villa offre un panorama juste à couper le souffle, qui invite à la contemplation... La terrasse est très agréable et l'intérieur, joliment décoré. Il n'y manque rien. La propriétaire est très accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses clients. La piscine dans la résidence est un petit plus pour les enfants, et même pour les grands, au retour des baignades en mer (les coins pour se baigner dans des eaux cristallines ne manquent pas dans les alentours). Plein de choses à faire dans les environs (découverte de villes, villages, ballades en montagnes...).. Bref, endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Un petit paradis

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location: non seulement la vue est à couper le souffle, et dès le petit déjeuner et jusqu’au coucher de soleil, la magie opère! Pour ce qui est de la mini villa, tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien : les propriétaires, même s’ils n’étaient pas sur place, étaient toujours très à l’écoute et soucieux de notre bonne installation. La déco est super chouette, actuelle et chaleureuse. Les équipements sont au max de ce que l’on peut trouver … c’est une superbe adresse que nous conserverons et partagerons!

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances dans cette mini villa. La vue sur la plage de Cupabia et les montagnes avoisinantes est magnifique. Le logement a été refait à neuf et rien ne manque. La propriétaire est attentive au confort de ses locataires ce qui est par ailleurs très plaisant. Une très belle adresse.

Seele baumeln lassen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Erholungsurlaub in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Familie Reguer. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir wurden auch während unseres Aufenthaltes von Sabine Reguer per E-Mail betreut. Ein kleines Manko, das Ferienhäuschen befindet sich in einer sehr großen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Ferienanlage. Das sollte man bei der Buchung einfach beachten. Aber die herrliche Aussicht und die Möglichkeit zu Fuß in einer knappen halben Stunde an einem traumhaften Strand zu sein, hat dies wieder aufgewogen. Insgesamt für zwei Erwachsene sehr zu empfehlen. Mit einem Kind ist das Objekt auch noch gut zu nutzen, dann wird es doch sehr eng. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Herzliche Grüße aus Süddeutschland Heike & Uli
