60m² house, on two floors, in the heart of the resort, five minutes from the beach, at the foot of shops and restaurants.
A Carrefour market in the city center, local shops and several supermarkets within a radius of 1 km.
Modern and comfortable style with on the ground floor, a corner lounge with sofa bed, 80cm flat screen, bbox internet connection, free channels.
Kitchen with electric hob / oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and dining area. Bathroom with bath, towel dryer and WC. Terrace with south-facing garden furniture, large free-standing parasol and electric barbecue.
On the first floor, a very bright and cozy bedroom, with double bed, duvet (140x190 cm), storage / wardrobe. Also on the 1st floor, a small bedroom equipped with a drawer bed for two beds of 90x190 cm, duvet, with wardrobe / shelves.
On the second floor, a large bedroom under the eaves, comfortable and quiet, double bed 140/190 cm with duvet, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The very bright house which meets the latest standards in terms of comfort and functionality.
You will find on arrival seasonings, some Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, paper towel, toilet paper, soap ...
You have a few books and board games to complete your stay. An umbrella for the beach.
For children, access to the stairs is secure (barrier at your disposal). We also provide you with a high chair and a cot if necessary.

Idéalement situé

Tout près du centre animé, avec parking facile, marché et tous commerces à proximité. Logement très agréable. Les propriétaires sont joignables facilement et très à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Bon séjour malgré le temps capricieux en cette saison.

idéal pour un court séjour

appartement très bien situé au centre de Cabourg à proximité de tous les commerces .Idéal pour les départs de balade à pieds. Non adapté à des personnes présentant une mobilité réduite ( escalier pour accéder aux chambres). Accueil agréable et disponibilité du propriétaire très appréciée. Une petite amélioration serait envisageable dans la salle de bain afin d'améliorer la ventilation. logement à conseiller.

Cabourg Haut nah

Der Aufenthalt mitte Okt. war super! Sehr schönes warmes Wetter mit Baden in der Nordsee! Das Haus war sehr klein und nicht bis in die letzte Ecke sauber, aber das wesentliche war gut! Und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist super nett, hilfsbereit in allen Fragen und gut zu kontaktieren! Ob Wlan Passwort oder Müllentsorgung oder Übergabe der Schlüssel alles problemlos! Die Lage ist top 2 min zum Bäcker in die Fußgängerzone, trotzdem sehr ruhig und zum Strand auch nur 5 min!

Chouette séjour a Cabourg

Bon séjour chez Geryl, emplacement idéal, tout se fait a pied, plage, commerce, Casino, location de vélos,le patio est un vrai plus pour les petits dej et apéro. Bémol sur les chambres adultes qui ne sont pas fermé mais plutôt des chambres mezzanines . Geryl est sympathique et aceuillant, une petit présent à notre arrivée.

Une semaine à Cabourg

Séjour très agréable en famille (5 personnes). Très bon accueil de Géryl. La maison a un excellent emplacement. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Les enfants ont adoré et voudraient y retourner l'année prochaine. Je recommande.

Kleines Haus im zentrum von Cabourg

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Cabourg. Das Haus ist wirklich zentral in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Perfekt um weitestgehend ohne Auto im Urlaub auszukommen. Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist das Haus wie beschrieben ziemlich klein, aber gemütlich. Einzig das Badezimmer empfanden wir als ausbaufähig, da es nur eine Badewanne gibt, die das Duschen sehr unkomfortabel gestaltet. Der Essbereich ist ebenfalls eigentlich nur mit maximal vier Personen ohne Möbelrücken nutzbar.

Maison de ville stuée à proximité des commerces, du casino et de la plage. Petit patio au rdc. Chambres a l etage et salle de bain/toilettes au rdc.Géryl a ete tres réactif à nos échanges. Parfait. Je recommande. Toutefois ne convient aux PMR.
